Due to our made-to-order service if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, Gods Glitch will accept an exchange for items that are in new condition, still have the security tag on the item, unaltered and free from any odour stain i.e.: perfume, bodily odour, makeup or tanning products.
Please read carefully before placing an order. If the item/s does not arrive back to us in the same immaculate condition it was received in, it will be deemed unfit for resale and we reserve the right to refuse the return. Customers are also required to pay postage for the unwearable item to be returned to them.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them to be eligible for exchange. As a small business, we currently do not cover any postage costs for returning items unless the fault is on our behalf. It is advised to keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for returned items. Please email – info@godsglitch.com with your full name and order number to get your exchange approved. Once your exchange is accepted (within 3/5 working days) we will email you our return address. Please leave a note inside your parcel stating your order number full name, address and reason for returning your item.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
NO CANCELLATIONS.
Once an order is placed, under no circumstances can it be edited changed or cancelled.
